By accessing or using Little Hero Dreams, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. If you are creating stories on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian.
Service Description
Little Hero Dreams provides a personalized story creation service for children. We generate illustrated stories based on information you provide about your child. Stories are available in digital format, with optional audio narration and printable PDF versions depending on your selected plan.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Content & Stories
Stories are generated based on your input and our creative systems. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, generated content may vary. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use, print, and share stories created for your family. Stories may not be resold or used commercially.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. Your first story is free. Paid stories are charged at the time of creation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice. All sales are subject to our satisfaction guarantee.
Intellectual Property
The Little Hero Dreams platform, technology, illustrations, and story frameworks are our intellectual property. You retain the right to use stories created for your family for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or its underlying technology.
Limitations of Liability
Little Hero Dreams is provided 'as is'. While we strive for the best experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all content will meet your expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific story in question.
Termination
You may stop using our service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you retain access to previously purchased stories. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts. For EU consumers, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
